Ingredients
- 3 oz. Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz. Gertrude's Gomme
- Peychaud Bitters to taste
- Absinthe or Absinthe Substitute
- Lemon Twist for garnish
Directions
Muddle Gomme Syrup and bitters, add ice and rye whiskey, then stir. Rinse glass with absinthe and discard. Strain whiskey mixture into a glass, then serve.
